Milan Have Managed Balotelli Well - Italy Coach Prandelli

The Italy boss is pleased with the controversial striker's development since his return to Serie A and feels things will be easier for the Rossoneri this season
Italy coach Cesare Prandelli has praised AC Milan for the way they have managed Mario Balotelli since his arrival at San Siro in January.

The 22-year-old joined Milan from Manchester City in the winter transfer window and has since developed into a key player for the Serie A giants, receiving praise for the way he has matured since his return to his homeland in the process.

"Mario is the kind of player who needs to be left in peace. Either way, Massimiliano Allegri and the people at Milan have managed him very well," Prandelli told Corriere dello Sport.

"I have been quite fortunate with the coaches Mario has had so far. They have all done a good job to manage him the way they did."

The Italy boss then went on to discuss Milan's Scudetto chances and stressed that it's a big advantage for the Rossoneri that they have had few mutations this summer.

"Milan start this year as a team whereas they had to create it from scratch last year and had to overcome the difficulties that that situation created."

The Rossoneri finished third in the Serie A table last term.
