Nigeria's Imoh Ezekiel of Standard Liege Starts Well

Nigerian strikers abroad had good weekends by getting on the score sheet but this Belgium-based lad nicked it with his two goals in the Europa League and an assist in the league despite not playing full matches.
The 19-year-old has started his second season with Standard on a very bright note as he continues to produce the goods. He got two goals against KR of Finland in the Europa League second qualifying round to round up a 6-2 aggregate win.
The former 36 Lions FC striker came on against KR in the 57th minute and scored in the 68th and 73rd minutes. Also last Saturday in a Jupiler Liga match away to Mechelen, he started and lasted for 77 minutes before he was replaced by Igoe de Camargo but he provided the assist for the first goal of that encounter in the 57th minute.
